We are tickled pink to have Joe Rosenberg, DVM join our team of Horse Quencher Ambassadors. You may have already seen his thirsty Thursday posts that we are featuring on our face book page for a few weeks. He has expert information for all riders worried about hydrating their horses.
Let me share with you a little about Dr. Rosenberg:
Dr. Joe Rosenberg graduated from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1998 with an emphasis in Large Animal Medicine. He spent his first two years on the Arabian show circuit, working at the Youth Nationals in Oklahoma, the Royal Red in Canada, Regionals in Scottsdale, and the Nationals in New Mexico and Kentucky. He has lived in California since 2000, working as both the resident veterinarian at a Thoroughbred breeding farm outside of Fresno and as an associate with established practices in both north and east San Diego county. In 2003 he formed his own mobile equine practice serving western, dressage, jumper and companion horses throughout northern San Diego county.
He is a member of the American Association of Equine Practitioners, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Farriers Association.
Personal: Born and raised in Hawaii (thus the name “Paniolo”, Hawaiian for “Cowboy”). Enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, tennis, running, and hula.
Welcome aboard Dr. Joe!
